What are my shipping options? TOP
You have three options to choose from for your shipping method. If you select our standard shipping option, your package should arrive within 5-9 business days, however this is not a guarantee. Our next shipping method is Priority Mail which is 2-3 business days. If you are in a hurry, you may also choose to have your package overnighted to you. Shipping rates vary depending on the quanity of items that you order. Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the fact that our items are custom made, we cannot except returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your product so if there is an error on our part or something that needs to be corrected please contact us to discuss it further. Shipping times vary depending on the products that you order and their availability. Most items ship within 7-10 days from the day that your order is placed. On occasion, some items may be backordered and may take longer to ship. If this is the case, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option to get your money back if you do not want to wait. The Twinky Girls Basics are ready to ship, with your choice of clip. These bows ship either the day that your order is placed or the following business day. If you are ordering in large quantities, your order may take longer to ship because all of our items are custom made.
